Custom Orthotics
Our experienced physical therapists conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your foot, standing posture, and gait to understand how your foot posture and movement patterns may be causing pain or injury. Using a plaster cast made in-house, we send precise measurements to our fabrication lab for manufacturing.
Together, with your therapist, you'll decide on the specific features needed for your custom orthotic during the three appointments included in our fitting service.
Our Services
With a PFOLA accredited lab and skilled technicians, Rise Up Physical Therapy offers a wide range of custom orthotic options. From the Tenderfoot® soft for arthritic or diabetic individuals to the Tenderfoot® Medium or Firm for active athletes, we cater to diverse needs.
Additionally, we recommend the Ortho-Arch II or the Lo-Pro for those who lead active lifestyles at work or on the field. Specialized orthotics are also available, and we can fabricate orthotics for various types of footwear, including soccer cleats, dress shoes, and work boots. We keep your cast for five years, making it easy to order remakes by phone
The production time for your custom orthotics is approximately 8 working days in our lab, with the option for a 2-day rush service at an additional charge. We offer air shipments via FedEx Overnight or 2-day air, with shipping costs added to your invoice. On average, it takes around 2 weeks from the evaluation and casting to receive your orthotics.
